John S. Eory is a Senior Shareholder and Co-Chair of Stark & Stark’s Family Law & Divorce Group.  He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and an AAML-certified divorce arbitrator. He is qualified as a Rule 1:40 Economic Mediator.
 
Mr. Eory is the former Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court District VII Ethics Committee. His memberships include the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section, the Matrimonial Lawyers Alliance, and the Mercer County Bar Association where he serves as Trustee and Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Section.
 
Mr. Eory is a recipient of the Professional Lawyer of the Year Award from the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law and a Certificate of Recognition from the New Jersey Superior Court.  
 
Mr. Eory has lectured for NJ-ICLE and NJAJ and has appeared a guest speaker on WNJN television and radio with regard to family law topics.
